In 2010, Pathways LLC was founded by Steve Nail, who is widely recognized as a thought leader in human capital management as he dedicated his career to “the people side” of business. Steve has served at large multi-national organizations including Michelin and Hubbell Lighting, Inc. as well as various corporate and state government boards. In 2010, Steve received his executive coaching certification from the worldwide association of business coaches. Companies began to seek him out to coach their senior leadership team members. Steve’s interest in human performance excellence, coupled with his extensive HR management experience led him to start Pathways Executive Coaching and Consulting, LLC. In fact, Steve’s book, “Path to Fulfillment”, written in 2009, inspired the company name.
Steve created Pathways with the desire to help people achieve their full potential. Having worked with large organizations in HR for more than 20 years, Steve is an expert in the disciplines of attracting talent, optimizing employee engagement, and applying labor regulations. Since starting Pathways, Steve and his team have helped over 50 organizations. He has personally coached nearly 30 executives in the areas of, organizational strategies, goal setting, and leadership development.
